Alors un gros coup de ras le bol et de colère et nous avons cherché une machine à pain pas trop chère mais qui a un programme spécial sans gluten!! Une fois cet achat effectué, il ne restait plus qu'à s'y mettre. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">quelques recherches sur le net pour y trouver des recettes, un tour en magasin pour trouver une farine et des graines de lin et de Sésame et c'était parti.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">La farine : le Mix pain sans gluten de Schär, garanti sans gluten et fourni avec 2 sachets de levure de boulanger sèche également garantie sans gluten</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Le premier pain était très chouette ... j'ai juste mis trop d'eau et de farine : il a donc débordé de la machine tellement il a levé!! Me voilà rassurée au moins : avec ces ingrédients et un programme sans gluten le pain lève, il lève même très bien.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">j'ai donc décidé, pour sauver cette erreur, de transférer le pain sur un papier sulfurisé déposé sur la plaque de mon four et de le cuire au four...j'ai réalisé une boule qui a continué à lever le temps que le four soit à température.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Et là miracle : j'avais un pain avec une vraie croute et une forme sympa. C'était décidé je ferai levé le pain dans la machine et je le ferai cuire au four. Ce n'est pas le but, me direz-vous? Peut-être mais moi ça me plaît et j'ai un vrai pain bien cuit avec une mie comme celle des pains avec gluten et franchement cela fait 10 ans que je n'ai pas mangé un aussi bon pain, donc la méthode est approuvée!!</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Depuis j'ai mis en place un autre système : je réalise 2 pains longs d'environ 28 cm de long et 10 cm de large : ils sont bien cuits et se tiennent mieux à la coupe.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Bon, fini les bavardages, on attaque!!</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">pour deux pains il vous faudra:</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">270g de farine Mix pain Schär</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">80g de farine de sarrasin</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">1.5 cuillère à café de levure sèche de boulanger réhydratée dans un peu d'eau tiède</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">350 ml d'eau tiède </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">3 cuillères à soupe de sucre</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">1 cuillère à café de sel fin</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">1.5 cuillère à soupe de graines de lin</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">1.5 cuillère à soupe de graine de sésame.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Je vais vous proposer la recette avec Machine à pain et sans bien sûr!! Ce serait moche de se priver d'un pain faute de machine!!</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;"><u>Avec la machine:</u></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Dans le pétrin mettez en premier l'eau. Puis disposez le sel, le sucre et l'huile d'olive.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Ensuite déposez les farines et les graines. En dernier déposez la levure réhydratée de façon à ce qu'elle ne touche pas l'eau.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Programmez votre machine sur sans gluten , pain 700 g ou 900 g (peu importe pour moi vu que je ne cuit pas le pain dans la machine.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Ma machine met 2heures pour le pétrissage et la levée, puis elle cuit. J'arrête donc ma machine avant le début de la cuisson.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;"><u>Sans la machine:</u></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">dans un saladier déposez les farine puis sel, sucre et huile. Incorporez ensuite l'eau progressivement ainsi que la levure déshydratée. Pétrissez votre pâte pour qu'elle soit bien homogène. Réservez 1h ou 2h sous un linge humide dans un endroit chaud sans courant d'air pour que votre pâte lève.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Personnellement pour la pâte à pizza ou le kouign Amann, je mets le saladier au four à 30°.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;"><u>suite commune aux 2 méthodes:</u></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">je mets le four en route juste avant de transférer la pâte sur la plaque de cuisson, cela permets aux pains de continuer à lever dans le four. J’ai étalé jusqu’à obtention d’une plaque de 2 à 3 mm d’épaisseur. <span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">ce mélange est venu d'un essai... concluant pour les légumes une belle saveur mais un floppe pour les oeufs... vous savez cette vidéo super qui passe sur le net : les oeufs à la coque garnis qui flottent ouverts dans l'eau pour cuire... quand j'ai partagé cette recettes , certains ont dit : "le plus dur sera d'ouvrir les oeufs" !! pas du tout, mais pas du tout!! Si si je vous assure!! Le plus dur c'est pas ça!! Avec mon fils on a passé une heure à préparer: la recette de base était avec des légumes crus !! moi j'ai voulu tout cuire à l'huile d'olive pour la saveur!! on a taillé en petits cubes nos légumes, on les a fait cuire avec mour dans l'huile d'olive et les lardons.... on a taillé les oeufs, on les a garni...et enfin on les a regardé couler dans l'eau..... </span></div>

400 g de farine de riz<br />
1/2 cc de poudre a lever<br />
1cc de gomme de guar<br />
100g de sucre<br />
200 ml de lait de coco<br />
200g de beuure fondu<br />
2 cs de poudre de noisette<br />

Rapide et efficace !! une recette comme je les aime!! car quand on a envie à 15h30 de petits biscuits pour le gouter : le but c'est de ne pas les attendre 2h!!<br />
<br />
Mettez les poudres dans un grand saladier , versez le beurre et mélangez à la spatule.<br />
<br />
Puis ajoutez petit à petit le lait de coco. Mélangez bien : voilà c'est fait , il ne vous reste plus qu'à laisser reposer 30 min au frigo!!<br />
<br />
Faites préchauffer le four à 150 °ou 160°<br />
<br />
Nappez une grille de papier de cuisson et avec les doigts formez des cookies de la taille qui vous plaira!!<br />
<br />
Laissez cuire 30 minutes!!<br />
<br />
Sans oeufs ils sont friables, laissez les refroidir un peu avant de les enlever de la grille!!<br />
<br />
Laissez refroidir et dégustez!!<br />
